[skylive] SkyliveNG 0.1.3 released: please upgrade!

Hello all.

Today 14 February 2009, my birthday, i've released
SkyliveNG 0.1.3.

This is a performance improvements release, primary to let our server
have more concurrent users thanks to some big changes in the protocol.

For this reason, all users need to upgrade to continue to use the
skylive network.
